What we are glad to hear about
The Atlas is a public knowledge layer built across a network of sites. The messages that help it most are the specific ones:
- Corrections or factual challenges to any entity, concept, or essay — with a source we can check.
- Requests to reproduce or translate Atlas material, including the seasonal essays and domain pages.
- Research collaboration, particularly around seasonal observation, ecology, and food systems.
- Contributor and voice enquiries from practitioners, scientists, and writers in the network's domains.
- Technical reports — broken links, accessibility problems, or pages that will not load.

What happens next
Messages are read by the editorial team rather than routed through a support queue. Substantive corrections are reviewed against the underlying source material before a page is changed, so a reply may take a few days. Contributor enquiries that fit an existing domain are passed to the relevant roster; enquiries that do not are usually answered with a note on where the material would sit if it were built. If you are reporting a problem with a specific page, including its URL shortens the round trip considerably.
